I hate losing. Friends, lovers, my keys, games... hate to lose. It causes me physical pain, and I get angry. Cue The Hulk, "you won't like me when I'm angry". What's worse is losing when I don't understand how or why I lost. And then I obsess. And obsess. For DAYS! Trying to figure out what happened, wrap my brain around what broke, went wrong, etc. Then back to angry- angry for losing, for being left, for the lack of explanation... angry at myself for the obsession.
when you lose, you are also gaining more that was probably much needed. xo
